Case filed in Clark County Superior Court, Washington state.
Case Number: 23-2-01011-06
File Date: 04/26/2023
Monetary Judgment as of July 2025: $557,000.69
Notes
Thomas Cook Investments owns Pacific Bells (Pac Bells for short). Jenkins and Sylvester shopped the Graze Craze Concept to Tom Cook (Tom Sr.) and his team. A member of the team that went out from Washington to Oklahoma to complete due diligence was Joe Janaszek Jr (Joe Jr.).
Mr. Cook is the co-founder and CEO of Pacific Bells, LLC as well as the CEO of World Wide Wings, LLC. These companies currently operate over 280 Taco Bell Restaurants and 64 Buffalo Wild Wings respectively. https://pacificbells.com/our-team/
It was shared that Pac Bells was going to franchise 100 locations. They opened 1 in Washington to start, Graze Craze Glendoveer.
Negotiations included United Franchise Group because they knew of the potential franchise deal, and flew out from West Palm, Florida to assist in setting up their 1st franchise location.
Instead of the deal being made directly with United Franchise Group, the purchaser of the Graze Craze charcuterie concept, the deal was made directly with Jenkins and Sylvester's entity, Matrix Fulfillment LLC.
2025 Update: When asked about the status of the money owed from the judgement, it was shared that the company (Thomas Cook Investments) didn't believe they were going to get it, so they issued a discharge of debt, shifting the burden to the IRS in the event that Jenkins and Sylvester failed to report or pay taxes on it.
