Fostering LYFE is a lifestyle website on an ecommerce platform with product lines such as home décor, jewelry, culinary items food items, art, and self-help.

How does Fostering LYFE sell its products?

The sales distribution model is centered around a team of thousands of brand representatives, nationwide, who serve as our influencer army. This is our sales and brand development team whose collective influence will set sales records as we launch the Fostering LYFE brand into the stratosphere of ecommerce sites in 2024.

How does Fostering LYFE market its products?

Fostering LYFE uses the marketing industry strategies known as tribal and cause marketing. We have built an innovative and proven marketing calendar to be shared with our brand representatives, which is designed to provide customer acquisition and retention that is unsurpassed in other forms of retail marketing.

What is Cause and Tribal Marketing?

The founding business partners and consultants who have built Fostering LYFE are 20-year veterans in what is known as “Cause Marketing”. Cause Marketing distributes a portion of the sales profits to benefit a cause, thus creating a customer interest that is two-fold. First, the customer is interested in the benefiting cause(s) or charities. Second the customer is interested in the products for sale. Fostering LYFE provides a rare combination of customer loyalty through outstanding and unique products, as well as a cause that appeals to the general public, in a sincere and profound way. The Tribal Marketing strategy is like Cause Marketing, but more focused on the customer retention side of the business related to long term customer loyalty. Tribal marketing focuses on serving the stereotypical customer of a certain product or cause and feeding their collective interest to the point of creating a “Tribe” of like minded individuals, which become a dedicated customer base. This dedication to the brand is TRIBALISM.

Why should I align myself with a launching business and how do I know this business will be successful and my investment of time and energy is well spent?

The Fostering LYFE brand is built by industry leaders of e-commerce through cause marketing, product acquisition and logistics. This dream team of business consultants and developers have been at the helm of countless successful brands. Most industry insiders agree that Fostering LYFE has potential beyond measure, and anyone involved, at any level with the launch of Fostering LYFE is in a rare and prized position to be a part of the genesis of something truly special.

How do Brand Representatives get paid?

All brand representatives are commission-based contract employees. Individual members will be given a member ID which they will provide to their customer so that he/she can order from the website. Retail customers cannot place orders without an active member ID connected to a brand representative. This transaction and the commission resulting from each sale is tracked and digitally paid through our cutting-edge technology. The compensation is then paid to brand representative in a seamless process. This is similar to an individual working for Uber, or any other common interactive compensation app in mainstream, remote working businesses these days.

What is the total cost to register, train, and launch as a brand representative with Fostering LYFE?

There are no additional or hidden fees to the annual member registration fee. The fee for part-time brand reps is $499 and $899 fee for full-time team leaders. The initial deposit is $200, followed by monthly payments of $100 until paid in full. There will be a renewal fee of the same each year and will be taken from the sales commissions after year one. NOTE: All brand reps who belong to a foster charity and foster or adoptive parents may apply to have member fees deferred until after the launch date, in order to pay member fees from earned commissions so that no out of pocket cost is incurred.

Its simple, Fostering LYFE has a special opportunity, with a quality business model that will allow you to earn a sizeable income for the invested time and energy. Brand rep positions carry a lot of value and our expectation when selecting brand reps is to work with reps who will show continuous commitment so that we can be sure our training program, onboarding and launch will be executed with people who are passionate about our mission and those people who have an initial investment. As they say…….”we want all of our brand reps to have skin in the game”

IF I enter into Fostering LYFE as a part time Brand representative may I choose to become a team leader at a later time in order to increase my income and activity with the company.

Absolutely! After the official launch in October we will open up applications to become a team leader to advance from the part time brand representative role. From our best projections as we grow most part-timers wanting their own team should be able to reach the team leader status within the first few months of the website launch in October. Many of our part time representatives will always want to stay part time which is perfectly fine however their will be many that want to apply for advancement to team leader full time representative and we will do our best to accommodate whenever possible.

Does Fostering LYFE offer any advancement opportunities?

Yes, Fostering LYFE Is a growing business and will offer remote, corporate employee positions as we grow. We will always choose to promote from within whenever possible. This includes part-time reps graduating to full-time team leader status. This will be allowed on a case by case basis and must be applied for.

Is Fostering LYFE a MLM or network marketing business or pyramid program?

Absolutely not. Fostering LYFE does not mimic or behave like an MLM or network marketing company. Here are some reasons why our business model is best explained more like a real estate office structure and nothing like an MLM.

1 Brand reps do not have to purchase products to register and reps are never pressured to by any products at all.

2. Commissions are paid directly and never for recruiting or team building. Flat commissions are only paid from retail sales of actual customers visiting the website and purchasing products.

3. There are no downlines or uplines and beyond an individual’s immediate sales team there is no other layer of payment or recruitment beyond that.

4. We would never imply that anyone can or will become a millionaire from working as a brand representative with fostering LYFE. This is a common practice with MLMs however not realistic for our sales model.

Once I begin to consider working with Fostering LYFE How long do I have to consider my involvement?

You should have a general sense of urgency. Its important to approach your consideration to become a fulltime team leader or part time brand representative over a short timeline as we do have limitations. We will work hard to provide you all of the information while we assess you as a candidate so that you can feel great about your decision to work with us. Our founding business consultants at Fostering LYFE have an overall sales team buildout model which limits the amount of brand representatives by zip code across the US so that we obtain the correct marketing coverage to the retail customer while at the same time not oversaturating any certain local area with brand representatives. For this reason, when we reach our saturation point in a certain zip code we will move all pending prospects to a waiting list that could take months or even years for a position to open for you.

What is the training and launch timeline for 2024?

January 1st – July 1st 2024 is team building, recruitment and book training for all Team Leaders and parttime brand reps approximately 10 hours of virtual training and testing

May 1st -Sept 1st social media platforms rollout and technical influencer training

July 1st -Sept 1st e-commerce site shopping cart and product knowledge training

Sept 1st – Oct 1st training and prep for world launch Monday Oct 14 2024

If I enter as full-time team leader, may I pick all 25 of my part time team leaders or does the organization provide my team members.

The answer is both. With the illustration of 25 spokes to each wheel You do not get paid for recruiting and you do not need to recruit all the reps on your team on your own as we will have a steady flow of applicants through the corporate side to help you build your team. At the same time, you may not be guaranteed that a certain candidate you have will be on your team if we do not approve them as a candidate. Simply refer to our enrollment office for assessment but no guarantee we will accept your referrals as the individual may not qualify or we may be full within that local area and have a waiting list as mentioned above. Also, you are not obligated to build your team from only your own contacts because we will have individuals referred to us by charities who we must place on teams. As a result, we will undoubtedly fill your team regardless of if you have a full team of your own personal referrals.

Fostering LYFE is currently in its team building phase of our e-commerce LYFEStyle website world launch on October 14, 2024. We have created what is forecast to be one of the most innovative and impactful business models to hit the market this year. The best part: it all benefits foster and adoptive care outreach programs throughout the United States through our network of beneficiary charities. Ten percent of all net profits of our LYFEStyle e-commerce site are made in the form of direct financial support to dozens of foster and adoptive care 501(c)3 charities across the country.

We are currently interviewing for full and part-time Brand Representatives throughout the United States, as we complete our 2024 team building phase for our launch process. During this phase, we welcome all part-time and full-time applicants.

  • Applicants must complete a short assessment and interview to qualify as a Brand Representative.  We expect our Brand Representatives to enjoy a long-term relationship with Fostering LYFE. Both full and part-time brand representatives will receive extensive training in our product lines such as home décor, apparel, culinary, self- help/ inspirational jewelry, and art.  We are seeking applicants with experience in various professional backgrounds in business as well as stay at home parents in need of a remote working income producing alternative.   Desirable applicants will have a general understanding of all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TIKTOK). All candidates must have a passion or the Fostering LYFE mission to further the goals of foster and adoptive care. 

How is Fostering LYFE structured as a company and sales distribution /employment model?

  • Fostering LYFE sales model is best described as a spoke and wheel concept, similar to that of a bicycle wheel.  For illustration purposes, it is also simple to explain our sales structure by comparison to a real estate office. There is a core center where all the wheel spokes meet. The center of the wheel where all the spokes meet would represent our full-time team leader positions, who would also be the equivalent of a real estate broker in the example of a real estate business.  The team leader, much like a real estate broker, would earn personal commission as well as a percentage of the sales of each agent working under his/her leadership.  An average full time team leader will have management duties and will lead a team of approximately 25 team members.  The part-time brand representatives would represent the spokes in the bicycle wheel or the individual real estate agents in the illustration of the real estate office.  This explains the spoke and wheel concept of our sales structure in brief.

What is the difference between the full-time and part-time Brand Representatives?

  • Both full-time and part-time brand representatives enjoy a flexible schedule. Both parttime and fulltime team leaders work as independent contractors and truly work as their own boss.

  • A full-time brand representative is referred to as a team leader. This individual will share additional commissions and income as this a team leader or (full timer) will manage approximately 25 part-time brand representatives.  

  • A part-time brand representative will enjoy a more flexible schedule and lighter commitment. However, the full-time team leader position, while more demanding, can provide a higher average annual income in a range of 50k-80k and above.  

  • A part-time brand representative may apply for advancement as team leader after the launch date of Monday 10-14-24.  As we grow after launch it is an expectation of management that each part-time brand representative who applies will be given an opportunity to advance to team leader at some point within the first year.  Timelines may vary by region.
